Represented in choreography by MSA Agency, Erik Saradpon is a nationally distinguished choreographer and teacher. As a graduate of San Diego State University, he is known for founding his professional dance company, FORMALITY, and directing the hip hop program at Temecula Dance Company.  Erik has choreographed for the boyband New District, under the supervision of Brian Friedman and Boy Squad, a boyband created by DanceOn Network.

 Erik is currently a contributing choreographer for Dance Moms, and has worked on other television shows such as Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition, Abby’s Studio Rescue, and Raising Asia (Lifetime), and his choreography has been featured on Mobbed (Fox), Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance (CBS), America’s Got Talent (NBC), The Ellen Show (NBC) and The Monsters Show.

 His work has been celebrated on regional, national, and international levels, winning top honors at US & World Hip Hop Championships, ESPN National Dance Championships, and a multitude of street competitions. Last year, Erik was a finalist for the Capezio A.C.E. Awards and was nominated three times and awarded winner for Best Hip Hop at the Industry Dance Awards.  He was recognized as Pulse “Featured Choreographer” 2014 & 2015 and was also the recipient of the Debbie Allen Choreography Award at Showbiz. He was awarded “Choreographer Of The Year” by KAR, and was featured in Dance Teacher magazine. His teaching credits include Broadway Dance Center, Pineapple Studios, 2 Days In The OC, Dance Educators Of America and The Pulse On Tour.  In the past year, his students have danced professionally for Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Missy Elliott, and Chris Brown. Through his creative production company, FORMCREATIVE, he produces PLATFORM, an annual choreography showcase, and Urban Legends, a premier Hip Hop Workshop.
